Advanced Service Specialist

Working as an Advanced Service Specialist at CORE-emt
You’ll be an essential part of our team, providing service, repairs, and maintenance to our established and valued customers. You'll play an important role in the installation and preforming on lines and units for both new and existing customers, based primarily in Scandinavia and the Baltic region, and occasionally overseas.
You’ll also contribute to the daily operations, providing technical support, advice, and ensuring the highest standards in everything we do. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues and the management team, shaping the company’s ongoing success and growth. This is a hands-on role that offers freedom and flexibility, and that requires that you are a proactive character, that with responsibility and dedication delivers the best outcomes for our customers.
Skills and experience we are looking for in you
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods (up to 3-4 weeks in a row).
- Has solid experience with server setup (Microsoft).
- Is skilled in programming SMT machines, particularly Yamaha and others.
- Is experienced in programming AOI systems, specifically Yamaha and other brands.
- Understands the process of preparing data for stencil manufacturing.
- Has hands-on process knowledge and experience in SMT production.
- Possesses a solid understanding of soldering processes, including reflow, wave and selective soldering.
- Has knowledge of MES systems.
- Is experienced with ERP systems.

Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus, and Spanish would be a great bonus as we also work with Spanish-speaking countries.
Driving license B is required.
Also you must be able to show a clean criminal record.

While your primary workplace will be at our office in Aars, you will have flexibility to work remotely when required.
