Reliable, fast and accurate dispensing with YAMAHA SMT

For many manufacturers, applying SMT glue for double-sided boards can be a tricky and unreliable process. Traditionally, this is done either through contact dispensing with a needle or screen printing the glue through a stencil.

Both methods have limitations when it comes to PCB design, dot size, and speed. Glue printing can also result in smearing if the stencil isn’t kept perfectly clean.

YAMAHA SMT introduces the YRM-D dispenser: A faster, more reliable and accurate dispensing solution.

• Non-contact dispensing
  The YRM-D excels in dispensing and coating board cavities, including already-mounted parts and areas where stoppers can’t be used, such as high-density boards.
