Yamaha Robotics has taken another step to simplify SMT line production with its new Print Param Decision Assist - a tool designed to automatically optimise printer settings and help your team get every board right the first time.
This new tool inspects your board file as soon as it’s loaded and calculates the ideal print parameters for each job. It considers everything from:
- board dimensions
- component types
- solder-paste
- stencil thickness
- to critical apertures
From there, it automatically generates settings for system pressure, printing speed, squeegee angle, and even cleaning frequency. A clean, intuitive interface lets operators review, adjust, and confirm the settings - saving time while ensuring quality.
