Yamaha Setup station for new job setup
Guiding you to error free setup for your next PCB assembly job
The YAMAHA Setup station is where you setup for a new job by kit up of components into one of the following Yamaha feeder types: ZS or ALF feeder, tray feeder or stick feeder.
The YAMAHA setup station works in combination with the Yamaha setup software in the Production assistance package that will verify the components before telling you the position to place the component you are setting up for the job in question.
Typically, the reel feeders and stick feeders will be placed in the Yamaha FES cart - when they are kit-up and ready, the cart will roll onto the pick and place machine - and you are ready for production.
