Like transparent molding, mirror-like surfaces and even wafer-level components.
With integrated 3D laser and coaxial lighting, the system captures surfaces that traditional AOI struggles with - bringing consistency and confidence into areas that often require manual checks.

2D inspection
The system is built around a high-resolution 25 MP camera, available with 7 µm or 5 µm optical resolution. A lens system ensures accurate image capture with no perspective distortion, enabling highly precise measurements and repeatable inspection results.
It combines multiple inspection methods - brightness, infrared, color, shape and coaxial lighting - that ensure stable and reliable defect detection across a wide range of components.

3D inspection (option)
The optional 3D module uses a 4- or 8-direction structured light projector for precise height measurement and true 3D inspection.
It detects SMD heights up to 25 mm and analyzes key parameters such as slope gradient, coplanarity and orientation.
